Firstly, in the context of their regular Virginia Journal of International law symposia, GAL-veteran David Zaring has responded to an article by Pierre-Hugues Verdier on "Transnational Regulatory Networks and Their Limits". Also, Ken Anderson has a post up on the same topic (in which he kindly links here), highlighting a further paper of interest on SSRN: Chris Borgen's "A Tale of Two Networks: Terrorism, Transnational Law, and Network Theory".
